Privacy policy
We collect as little as possible. This page explains what is collected and why.
This website
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security, for a short period.
When you buy or download
Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, collects your name, email, billing address and payment details to process your order and tax. We receive your name, email, country and order details so we can provide your license and support. We never see your full card number. See Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy for how they handle your data.
In the DepthForge app
- Your images, depth maps and settings stay on your computer. The depth AI and background removal run locally.
- License activation sends your license key and a computer name to Lemon Squeezy's license service to check it is valid and count activations.
- If you choose to use "Create from a description", your text prompt is sent to the image service you configure (for example OpenAI) using your own API key, under that service's terms. Your key is stored encrypted on your computer.
- The app does not send usage statistics.
If you email us, we keep the conversation to help you and for our records. We do not sell or share your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask to receive it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@syonautomation.com. Tax records may have to be kept for the period the law requires.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
