Terms of sale
These terms apply when you buy or use software from Syon Automation ("we", "us"), including DepthForge. Use of the software itself is also governed by the license agreement shown during installation.
Who you buy from
Our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Lemon Squeezy processes your payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and issues your invoice. Their buyer terms also apply to the payment.
What you get
- A perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the purchased version on the number of computers covered by your plan (2 for standard, 5 for business).
- Updates released within 12 months of purchase. After that the software keeps working; newer versions need an optional update renewal.
- A license key, delivered by email right after purchase.
Prices
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change for future purchases. Launch prices apply only while shown on the website. Taxes are added at checkout where required.
Activation
The software activates online once per computer and checks the license occasionally. It keeps working offline between checks. You may move a license between your own computers.

Laser safety and results
DepthForge prepares files and suggested settings. It never starts a laser job. Settings are starting points; results depend on your equipment and material. You are responsible for safe operation of your laser, including eye protection, ventilation and fume extraction.
Warranty and liability
The software is provided as is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as damaged material or lost production.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
