Refund policy
We want you to be sure DepthForge works for your laser before you pay, which is why every feature is available in the free 14-day trial.
14-day refund window
If DepthForge is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you will get your money back in full. No reason is required, though we welcome feedback.
How to ask
Email support@syonautomation.com with your order number, or reply to your receipt email. Refunds are issued by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
After a refund
The license key is disabled when the refund is issued, and DepthForge returns to trial mode or stops working on your computers.
After 14 days
Purchases are not refundable after 14 days, except where the law requires otherwise or where a billing error was made. Update renewals can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal charge.
